Following the successful launch of the inaugural Akira Isogawa collection in 2005, The Akira 'Kisetsu' collection reflects Akira's delicate signature, epitomised by contemporary plays on traditional Japanese icons, patterns and colours.
The six designs that make- up this collection, each use 100% NZ Wool, some featuring Viscose or Silk highlights; all adding a subtle textural touch. Colour combinations such as cherry and stone, turquoise and charcoal typify the collection.
Standard size is 200 x 300 cm, all designs can be custom sized and coloured. Suitable for residential and commercial applications.
Akira Isogawa is one of Australia's most celebrated fashion designers. He has achieved international recognition for his exquisite contemporary designs, which are sought after in every major fashion capital throughout the world.
In 2005 Akira was honoured by Australia Post and named an Australian legend- his image appearing on a commemorative postage stamp.
